This is a 4 man blind just south of the Delevan Refuge.

Get on CA-99 N in Sutter County from Baseline Rd and W Riego Rd (13.9 mi), follow CA-99 N to Oswald Rd (23.2 mi), take S Township Rd to State Hwy 20 W (8.0 mi) turn left onto State Hwy 20 W (20.0 mi) continue on to CA 45 N (3.0 mi), left on Harbison Rd (3.1 mi).
Parking is on Harbison Road ONLY – DO NOT PARK ON THE PROPERTY. Pull off to the side of the road on Harbison.
Remember:
- Park is designated parking area.
- Do not tamper with water control devices.
- Be in your blind a half hour before shoot time in the AM.
- All road other then the road leading to the parking lot are off limits.
- Birds can not be plucked or cleaned on the property.
- Pick up all litter including empty shells. please pack out all trash.
- Dogs must be on a leash in the parking lot and under control at all times.
Be familiar with Federal and State rules and regulations and follow all laws and rules. Please be nice to the cover on the checks and especially around the blind!
